Standard Tours: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on the tour type and arrangements.
Refunds for custom or private tours are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the services booked and agreements made with the client.
Certain bookings, deposits, or services may be non-refundable. This will always be clearly stated at the time of booking.
